Robert Lawrence Scheppske, III, is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and employment law.
Robert first joined the firm as a summer associate, returning as a litigation associate after receiving his juris doctor, summa cum laude, from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During his time in law school, Robert served as the president of the Moot Court Society, the Goodwin Alumni Editor for the Nova Law Review, and was a member of the inaugural class of the Honors Program. Additionally, Robert was a member of the Nova Trial Association, maintained an active membership within the President’s 64, and worked as a research assistant for Professor Amanda Foster.
In his last year of law school, Robert was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey R. Levenson in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida and was selected to be a member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor society recognizing excellence in written and oral advocacy. Before attending law school, Robert earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida where he double majored in telecommunications and business administration.
