Rachel B. Chaimowiz is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses her practice on estate planning, asset protection, and tax planning. Rachel grew up in South Florida.

Rachel earned her juris doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Rachel served as an Editor for the Journal of Law & Policy. Rachel also served as a research assistant for Professor Ralph Peeples and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Professional Responsibility.

Rachel earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. While obtaining her LL.M., Rachel served as an Editor for the Florida Tax Review. Rachel was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Taxation of Gratuitous Transfers and Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates.

Rachel is involved in her community. Rachel serves as a Director on the board of the Estate Planning Council of Broward County. Rachel is a member of the 2024 class of the Jewish Federation's Horizons Leadership Program. Finally, Rachel is a member of the planning board for the LitLunch! event held by the Broward Public Library Foundation.
