Nicholas J. Cucuras, is an associate attorney at Tripp Scott, specializing in probate, guardianship, trust administration, and estate planning. Nicholas earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Lynn University and holds a Master's degree in International Relations and International Law from The George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. He received his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he served as a Research Fellow with the United Nations International Law Commission and was Vice President of the Federalist Society student chapter.

Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Nicholas worked as an associate attorney at an Asset Protection firm, where he assisted clients in safeguarding their wealth from frivolous litigation. Nicholas utilizes this comprehensive legal educational background to help clients navigate the complexities of estate and trust law.

Outside of the office, Nicholas is active in his church, where he serves as a Sunday school teacher and Greek dance instructor.
