Maria Rojas is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses her practice on Education Law and Government Affairs.

Maria earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida. During law school, Maria served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honor Society, Goodwin Alumni Editor for the Nova Law Review Journal, and a member of the NSU Trial Association. Additionally, Maria was named Southeast Regional Champion in the New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition, worked as a research assistant to Professor Heather Baxter in Legal Research and Writing, and published her student note in Volume 47 of the Nova Law Review Journal. Maria was admitted to the Order of the Barristers in 2024, an honor society recognizing excellence in written and oral advocacy. 

Prior to joining Tripp Scott as an attorney in 2024, Maria was a summer associate and law clerk at the firm.
