Joshua T. Needell is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses his practice on business litigation, marital and family law, and probate litigation. 

Joshua was born and raised in South Florida. Joshua joined the firm after receiving his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Joshua enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law after obtaining an award of the Dean's Merit Full Tuition Scholarship.

During his time in law school, Joshua served as a member of the International and Comparative Law Review. In his second year of law school, Joshua was a Legal Extern at the Office of the City Attorney for the City of Miami where he gained experience in governmental affairs and Florida law. After his first year of law school, Joshua served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Martin G. Zilber in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Before attending law school, Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Florida. As an undergraduate, Joshua served as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Levenson in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
