Jennifer A. Bautista, is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses her practice in the areas of appeals, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.  Before joining Tripp Scott, Jennifer clerked for Judge Melanie May at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and was an associate at Akerman LLP.  Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.  While in law school, Jennifer served as an Articles Editor of the Nova Law Review, Executive Justice for Competitions on the Nova Moot Court Board, and Co-President of the Hispanic Student Bar Association.  Jennifer also competed in the New York City Bar 69th Annual Moot Court National Competition, earning the titles of Region V Champion and National Octofinalist.  Jennifer was admitted to the Order of the Barristers in 2019.
