Tripp Scott’s Matthew Zifrony Receives Recognition for Outstanding Work on Behalf of City of Weston
Tripp Scott announces that Matthew Zifrony, a director with the law firm, has been recognized by the City of Weston for his outstanding service to that city. Matt lived in the City of Weston for 24 years, and he and his wife recently relocated to downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Matt was recognized for his 24 years of service as president of his homeowner’s association, one of the largest in Broward County, where he worked on behalf of the community to ensure that it was financially protected, well-maintained, and forward-thinking. The Weston City Commission noted that, “Matt is a leader and advocate for the community and a trusted legal resource.”
Matt represents numerous condominium and homeowner’s associations in the tri-county area, providing counsel on such issues as collections, rules enforcement, contractual review, and association documents. He also provides strategic counsel for corporate contractual and transactional issues and serves as transaction counsel to buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers of residential and commercial real estate.
