Tripp Scott's Jennifer Wahba Appointed To Southern District Of Florida Grievance Committee
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 18 – Tripp Scott today announced that Jennifer Wahba, an associate with the firm, was appointed to the Ad Hoc Committee on Attorney Admissions, Peer Review and Attorney Grievance for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
The Ad Hoc Committee reviews attorneys' applications of admission and investigates allegations of lawyer misconduct referred by the court. Lastly, the Committee also investigates allegations of lawyer misconduct referred by the court and recommends appropriate discipline.

In 2022, she was appointed to serve as a member of the Florida Bar's Appellate Court Rules Committee, which is responsible for proposing new appellate rules of procedure and changes to existing rules.
