FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., January 24, 2023 – Tripp Scott today announced that its team, Tanya Bower, director and Arsen Pascua, attorney, successfully represented Datum RMS in the sale of the controlling stake of the company to AES Engineering Ltd.

As a result of the transaction, AES acquired ownership interest in in Datum RMS, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Datum RMS is the recognized leader in reliability and vibration monitoring services, specializing in the prevention and solving problems of machinery, foundations and structures. The agreement results in AES Engineering increasing its reliability services and product offering in North America.
