Tripp Scott Attorney Brieonna Christopher Elected to the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Broward County

Tripp Scott announces that Brieonna Christopher, an attorney with the law firm, has been elected to the board of directors of Legal Aid of Broward County.

Legal Aid Service of Broward County provides free civil legal services to low-income and otherwise eligible residents of Broward County and Collier County. Its mission is to provide high quality free civil legal advice, representation, and education to the disadvantaged of these counties, so as to improve the lifestyle and living conditions in low-income communities and encourage self-sufficiency. 

Brieonna Christopher is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses her practice in marital and family law and in complex business litigation. Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Brieonna worked as an associate attorney at a prestigious South Florida family law firm. Brieonna has practiced marital and family law exclusively throughout her career, which includes representation of clients in prenuptial and postnuptial agreement matters, dissolution of marriage and other related proceedings, paternity cases, modification and contempt matters, post-judgment proceedings, relocation, domestic violence, and other family law related matters. Brieonna applies this experience and knowledge in representing clients in an array of business disputes such as business/corporate dissolution matters, disputes involving valuations of business interests (which frequently arise in family law proceedings), and in matters involving similar issues such as partnership and shareholder disputes, property rights, real estate litigation, and in other general business litigation matters.
