Brittany L. Hynes, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses her practice in the areas of creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Brittany earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to joining Tripp Scott, Brittany interned for the Honorable Raymond B. Ray of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. While in law school, Brittany was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and wrote a comment on the development of State Innovation Waivers and their effect on the economy, which was ultimately published. Brittany was also a fellow for her law school's Health Rights Clinic and received both the Stuart A. Markus Award for Outstanding Clinical Work and the Public Interest Innovative Service Award for her work in the clinic. Before attending law school, Brittany earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University with a major in Health Administration.
