Arsen Catabay Pascua is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses his practice in the areas of Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Entrepreneurial Business. 

Prior to his arrival at Tripp Scott, Arsen was an associate litigation attorney at a prominent personal injury firm, where he advocated for the rights of the injured. During his time as a litigator, Arsen gained invaluable experience as he handled cases from inception and assisted senior attorneys at trial. 

Arsen received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During his time in law school, Arsen was an advocate for the Nova Trial Association, named to the Dean’s List twice, and served as President of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Prior to attending law school, Arsen attended the Florida State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a minor in International Affairs.
