Tripp Scott Attorneys Obtain Approval from Town of Davie for New Porsche Dealership

The deal involved approval of a brand new, state of the art, 60,000 square foot dealership and show room in west Davie.  The new facility, located at the southeast corner of Griffin Road and I-75,  will incorporate some of Porsche’s latest in design concepts and customer amenities. In addition, the building is registered for LEED certification by the USGBC.

“Penske Automotive Group is a highly respected brand that will serve our community well,” said Toothaker. “This project has been rewarding and is an expression of confidence by Porsche and Penske in the South Florida economy.”
