Tripp Scott represents Lighthouse Point Marina Inc. And related parties in the sale of Lighthouse Point Marina

Tripp Scott today announced that its attorneys represented Lighthouse Point Marina, Inc. and related parties in the sale of Lighthouse Point Marina.  Dennis Smith, Marianna Seiler, Ashley Arinus and Tara Heller of Tripp Scott, P.A. skillfully guided Lighthouse Point Marina, Inc. through the transaction, ultimately resulting in the sale to Port 32 Lighthouse Point, LLC.

Lighthouse Point Marina, located in the heart of the “Yachting Capital of the World”, is one of South Florida’s most sought-after waterfront properties. Nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marina is just a short distance from the Hillsboro Inlet, providing easy access for vessels of all sizes.

For more than fifty years, Lighthouse Point Marina has been under the ownership and management of the Spieker family. Situated on the east side of north Broward County, which leads the way in gross sales of marine products, the Marina is located in the center of the boating industry. The Marina boasts more than 100 wet slips that have recently been renovated to accommodate vessels ranging from 25 to 80 feet. Dockage can be rented on an annual or transient basis, and liveaboards are allowed. The Marina offers various amenities, including a laundry and mail room, a ship store, a heated swimming pool, a tennis court, and a pump-out station. The City provides daily shuttle service to local retail shops. Additionally, on the property, there is the Nauti Dawg Marina Café, a beloved local restaurant, as well as real estate and yacht brokerage offices for convenience.

As second-generation owners, it was crucial for the Spieker family to locate a buyer who would appreciate the legacy they have built, maintain their team and familial culture, and share their vision to enhance the property in the future. The Spieker family believes that Port 32 encompasses all these ideals and is confident that both Lighthouse Point Marina and Nauti Dawg Marina Café are in good hands under their leadership.

Tripp Scott congratulates all parties to the transaction, and is eager to watch Lighthouse Point Marina undergo this new chapter.
