Jennifer H. Wahba, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment, complex commercial and business litigation, general civil litigation, and appeals. In 2022, she was appointed to serve as a member of the Florida Bar's Appellate Court Rules Committee, which is responsible for proposing new appellate rules of procedure and changes to existing rules.
Jennifer earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she served as articles and comments editor of Miami Law’s International and Comparative Law Review, and her student note was published. Jennifer also served as vice president of appellate advocacy II on the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board.
Before joining Tripp Scott, Jennifer clerked for Judge Jeffrey Kuntz at Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and for Judge Raag Singhal at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in biology from Nova Southeastern University.
