Jenna Piotrowski is a director in Tripp Scott's Corporate, Real Estate and Community Associations practice areas. Piotrowski is involved in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of real estate including commercial and residential projects. She also works with the firm’s landlord and tenant clients on their commercial leasing transactions for retail, office and other real estate projects. Piotrowski handles different aspects of business law including the formation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and the drafting of buy-sell, shareholder, member, licensing and financing agreements. She also counsels condominium and homeowner associations. Her work with these communities includes covenant enforcement, covenant amendment, revitalization of governing documents, contract drafting and review, and advising associations on the daily administration of their communities to ensure our client associations are compliant with statutory and documentary guidelines. Piotrowski also has extensive experience in creditor's rights involving the representation of consumer lenders and servicers.
