Eli Daniel Gordon is an associate with Tripp Scott and focuses his practice in the areas of corporate transactions, entrepreneurial business, real estate and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining the firm, Eli served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Vance Salter of the Third District Court of Appeals and as a clerk for the Miami Beach City Attorney’s Office. Eli also clerked for the in-house counsel of two different real estate developers – Crescent Heights and Property Markets Group.
Eli received both his law and business degrees, cum laude, from the University of Miami. Eli was a member of Miami Law’s Business Law Review and the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. He twice competed in the prestigious Duberstein National Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, and his team finished as Finalists both years.
Born and raised in South Florida, Eli is dedicated to serving the community. Prior to law school, Eli served as a City Year AmeriCorps Member in a ninth grade English class at Booker T. Washington High School, and he currently serves on the City Year Alumni Leadership Board. Eli received a scholarship to Miami Law through the school’s Miami Scholars Program. While in law school, Eli served as a fellow in the Street Law program, and he also served on the school’s Public Interest Leadership Board.
