Bryan Rush, an associate with Tripp Scott, focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, entrepreneurial business services, and providing counsel to businesses of all sizes, in various industries and markets. 

Rush aids individuals and established businesses alike in the structuring and successful completion of asset and equity purchases/sales, real estate purchases/sales, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, contract negotiation and drafting, and general legal compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Rush worked as senior corporate counsel at an international corporate and M&A firm located in downtown Miami, Fla. and as an associate handling general corporate and real estate matters in Atlanta, Ga. While attending law school, Rush worked closely with the general counsel of a major international banking institution in the capital markets division located in New York City.

Rush holds a law degree from New York Law School. For his undergraduate studies, Rush attended the University of Florida where he received a dual degree in Political Science and Business Administration and was a member of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.

Active in the community, Rush has provided substantial pro bono assistance to Dade Legal Aid and participated in numerous fundraising events for PUSH America and various breast cancer organizations.
